TLI, together with Stacey Pinkerton, promoter of the #MeToo global movement, was the first platform to give a voice to the social stigma surrounding abuse of power within the PA profession. We are therefore very proud to inform you that the project doesn’t stop there! This September, our dear Stacey Pinkerton has also taken part in the Heads Together forum, with Bonnie Low-Kramen (former PA of actress Olympia Dukakis). Not only that, but we will soon start to work with the IMA (International Management Assistants) Association to put together another great session. More and more professional are becoming aware of this problem within our sector, as well as the importance of discussing and tackling it. Thank you Stacey for trusting us as the pioneers of this Masterclass, as well as opening the discussion and (finally!) uncovering what happens in the cases of crossing the line and abuse of power.

As well as the Masterclass, we are also committed to creating the initiative of an Ethics Committee, with the objective of providing support to the Personal Angels, exercising the tight to support in any abusive situation.

The sessions on abuse of power describe, along general lines, what the PA profession involves, what to do in influential environments in which professional ethics are implied, how to resolve issues and plan ahead to prevent any possible consequences.
